As you walk through the repurposed wooden doors, you feel as if you have been transported to some Latin American country. The key to the space is its clear, precise lines and meticulous attention to detail. Distressed, bright colored walls, rustic steel furniture and the perfect amount of greenery and hanging plants. String lights create a festive atmosphere.
Accessories taken from the color palette of jazz and salsa, orange, coral, sunny yellow and lush shades of green with pops of floral fabrics, which is highlighted with white, grey and cream of old Havana. Natural elements from the 1940’s and 50’s have been used to soften the space which brings the decor together.
In winter, the best seat in the house is next to the fireplace, while in summer you can enjoy the rays of sunlight that come streaming through into the central courtyard. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Situated in the design and decor hub, Kramerville…with easy access from the highway and 5 minutes from Sandton.
